"My husband and I have been with State Farm since around the time we got married, if not longer. We absolutely love the staff and how they truly make you feel like family.

There are two specific agents I really want to recognize because they consistently go above and beyond.

First, Stacy. She has worked with us since we first started getting insurance through their office. She is funny, sweet, and incredibly understanding. Back in 2023, she called to collect an overdue payment during a time when I was dealing with some very heavy personal issues. During that call, I completely spiraled and ended up sharing pretty much everything I had going on. She didn’t rush me off the phone. She listened. She sympathized. She showed genuine care. Not only that, but she helped me come up with a game plan so we wouldn’t lose our coverage while I navigated everything happening in my life. That meant more than I can say.

Lately, while we still absolutely love working with Stacy, we’ve been working more with Tony — and he is amazing, brilliant, phenomenal… just a few adjectives to describe him. He makes you feel like you’re talking to an old friend and won’t let you hang up until he’s made you laugh at least once. He truly goes above and beyond and treats you like family instead of making it feel like just another “adulting” business call. He may jokingly give me a hard time about the cookies I was supposed to bring in every time we talk — but hey, I deserve it. Ha!

Overall, we have nothing but wonderful things to say about both of them and look forward to many more years of working together."
